We at D-B Reflections Associates, Inc. are committed to promoting productive workplaces through the delivery of superior products and services. We are pleased to announce the public seminar series for the 2008 fall season. We hope you can join us for one or more of the following workshops:Teambuilding and You: To encourage ongoing support of others, this workshop covers personality dynamics, team building processes and problem-solving strategies. These components provide a practical context for facilitating effective team interactions. Understanding the characteristics and needs of different personalities leads to effective communication. Making these personal differences objective facilitates the process of problem solving for powerful results.

Dynamics of Assertiveness: Staying assertive isn’t always easy but might be necessary in our working lives. This workshop provides insights and tools for dealing with “people” differences. By remaining assertive, confident communication increases clarity, competence and personal power. Self-understanding, combined with problem-solving strategies, provide participants with the tools for turning potentially tense and negative situations into confident, constructive interactions.
