Conflict and anger can be an incredibly damaging force, costing people their jobs, personal relationships, and even their health when it gets out of hand. Since everyone experiences anger and conflict, it is important to have constructive approaches to manage them effectively.

This workshop will help participants identify their triggers and what to do when they get angry. They develop greater awareness of how they currently deal with conflict and how they can apply conflict resolution tips to manage it more effectively in the future.
