D-B Reflections Associates, Inc. is a management development training and consulting company specializing in health and human resources training and development programs and services.  Our mission is to assist individuals and teams in making distinctions about their gifts and strengths. With increased understanding of these gifts and strengths, individuals gain a clearer perspective of how to move forward on any situation thereby improving their personal and professional results.

Our main facilitators:

Danielle Gault -- Danielle has worked in the management development field for many years and has acquired a wealth of experience presenting training programs to CEOs, Presidents, V.P.s, Managers, Support Staff, and Sales Professionals. This background experience combined with her education has provided the basis for her special insights into effective interpersonal skills for enhancing productivity along with her thorough grasp of management development initiatives.  She has delivered programs to a wide range of organizations including companies such as: Sprint, Cigna Insurance Company, London Life Insurance Company, Home Depot, AT&T, Unilever, and Connex (Romania) to name a few.

She has delivered workshops and lectures to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies in Canada , US and New Zealand . Danielle has a degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Trained and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, holistic health practices, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and the Dimensional Training System, she helps business people discover the secrets of achieving "top-rate" performance through understanding the psychology of interpersonal skills.

Daniel J. Benor, M.D. is a wholistic psychiatric psychotherapist who includes bodymind approaches, spiritual awareness and healing in his practice.  He lectures and leads experiential workshops on stress management with WHEE, self-healing and spiritual awareness.  Dr. Benor is the author of Healing Research, Volumes I-IV and many articles on wholistic, spiritual healing. He appears internationally on radio and TV.  He is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Holistic Medicine, Coordinator for the Council for Healing, a non-profit organization that promotes awareness of spiritual healing, and has served for many years on the advisory boards of the journals, Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, Subtle Energies (ISSSEEM), Frontier Sciences, and the Advisory Council of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychotherapy (ACEP). He is editor and producer of the International Journal of Healing and Caring.
